Creating consistent, well-structured content with generative AI can often lead to challenges in tone, coherence, and accuracy. Writers and teams spend significant time revising AI-generated drafts to ensure quality and relevance, reducing the overall efficiency of their workflow.
QuillCraft AI introduces a Blog Wizard Composer that guides users through structured content creation, ensuring clarity and alignment with the desired tone.It combines real-time generative assistance, an AI Chat for contextual refinement, and an Image Generator for visual enhancement — delivering a complete, streamlined experience from idea to publication.

Led research, experience design, and collaboration with marketing teams to define flows, interfaces, and visual identity that elevate AI-assisted creativity.
We conducted a survey among content creators and marketing professionals to identify their biggest challenges when creating written content. The goal was to uncover their workflows, time constraints, and expectations when using AI-powered tools for blog generation.
Through in-depth interviews with a diverse group of creators, we explored their frustrations and aspirations related to automation in content production. These insights helped define how QuillCraft AI could improve usability, reduce editing time, and empower users to produce better content faster.
To begin the design process, I mapped out user journeys to identify key pain points in content creation. I then translated these insights into wireframes that focused on speed, clarity, and guidance. From there, I developed high-fidelity prototypes to validate usability and refine the interaction flow.
